Apart from terrifying and soulless, I don't really know what it is.
The listing didn't describe it as anything more than a plush.
It has a 2005 USA Pokemon Center tag, however.
Anyway, I'd usually be against the idea of such obvious bootlegs, but, it was only $2 shipped. While I got it partially to scare my friends, at the same time I can't help but think, I must've made that seller lose money shipping it. And that makes up for everything.
